Oracle – Filtering Data in the Performance Management Work Area Hello, my name is Mike. In this tutorial I'll show you how to filter data in the Performance Management Work Area. I'm a manager, and I want to look at my organization's performance ratings. [No Audio: User selects the My Team icon, then Performance] The analytics displayed here compare the actual ratings versus the target ratings. [No Audio: User clicks the Filter button] Here I can select all the performance documents for the current evaluation cycle for which all my directs are eligible. This allows me to have a holistic view across my organization. I can view only my direct reports, or all of my reports. I can also review each manager. Now I'll look at my organization performance summary. I can see that some of the performance evaluations are complete. I'm looking at my direct managers. If I want to see their direct reports, I can expand this view and drill down. Right now I want to look at Frank's team. Here I can see any completed and in progress evaluations, ratings, and comments. I can also open an evaluation and see the details. I can click on the section to see the different components of the evaluation, like overall summary, goals, competencies, and feedback. I'd like to take a quick look at the evaluation for 2014. For the 2014 annual evaluations, I can see that all tasks are 100% complete for the whole organization. I can also change the view and see these tasks by a manager's org. Now I want to look at the performance and potential for my direct reports. If I hover over these icons, I can see more details about these people. Let's look at my whole organization. Looks like I have some people I need to think about realigning, as well as a couple who are ready for new opportunities. I'd like to look at the details for the in progress reviews, which I can see on manager evaluations tab. I'll expand this view to get more information on the overall completion progress. In the first analytics sunburst, I can see the total number of documents completed overall. To the right, I can see completed reviews from different evaluations. Here, I can see the details for each of my direct reports and the progress they made on each of the evaluations. I can also expand this view and drill down to get details about the current status of an evaluation. Here, I can see completed tasks and completion dates. Right now I'm looking at evaluations for my whole organization. If I want to focus on specific evaluations, or a particular document status, or worker, I can do all of that by using the filter. This concludes the tutorial on filtering data in the Performance Management Work Area.
