OKDHS Director Justin Brown: All right, so welcome everybody. I hope you heard my favorite music has been playing all morning. So if you all want to get in good with Wind and Fire is the very best thing you can listen to okay, if you've never snow skied to Earth Wind and Fire you're missing out. So it's the best way to break a bone or whatever. So are we good back to the rest of the state? Everybody? Good? Hello, everybody. Just wanted to say thank you for all for being here and welcome from what I understand. This is the very first all DHS meeting that has ever happened. So because we are live streaming to the entire state. So, thank you. Now In fairness to you know, Henry Bellmon during his time. There wasn't a lot of live streaming that happened back then so we've got to be a little fair to the teams before but thank you again for being here. In fact because it's the first team meeting. I wanted to take a selfie up here. We do this everybody wave or stand up or something. All right. We did it. Thank you all for being here. So I want to start by saying the message was a little cryptic in the email as to what we were doing today. So I apologize but there's no bad news today. So if you were looking for bad news or anything, we were just you know, I didn't even think about it. We're just sort of running hard and wanted to make sure to share that so this should be a fun time. So feel free to do whatever you do when you have a fun time. So I wanted to start by showing this is one of my favorite pictures from the last this is day 28. So from the last 28 days and that's work days. There's been a few weekends in there. I think but one of my favorite pictures because this is really one of my favorite things to do things to do is to go out to the county offices and meet the team and see what the challenges and opportunities are in the communities. I think really that's and we're going to get into that a little bit here in a minute, but where the real opportunity lies for our agency is To a to have a deep reinvestment into the communities themselves and really be the partner that we have been over the years and now with technology and the relationships were building we can be even better at that. So I'm actually going to take this jacket off. I'm not a jacket guy and I'm not as high guy and all that stuff. So Meyer and I'm sorry since you were both sides all the time one day. I'm going to get you in the office without a bow tie. It's going to be great. We're going to see how that works. Okay, so, all right, so I'm going to start off. Like I said to this one my favorite pictures, it did create a little bit of a firestorm. However, this was hashtag shorts on a Friday. So I did hear about this and I've actually heard about it from a couple of you this morning. So I want to make sure to point that out that you know, that's sort of the culture we're looking to build potentially so I have shorts on a Friday. So I wanted I wanted to start I have shared. A lot of this in the past and that's really a lot really? Okay. So how many organized today? I'm sort of freewheeling it here a little I got some notes but how we've worked in over the what I wanted it today is really talk a little bit about what's happened the first 28 days and share some of the strategy going forward share. What's what you can expect over the next roughly 60 days and then over the next 12 months really just to sort of lead into what's happening and make sure everybody's on the same page together. So I have shared this slide with a lot of people already and there was intent behind that because we're looking for feedback here. This is really not like this is my idea and it's this is the idea. We're I'm just I'm just sort of framing the conversation so that we can really understand how these sorts of ideas resonate within the community within the communities themselves within our County offices within the corporate office. So if you have ideas, feel free to share on that's one of the culture pieces that we're looking to build as a true collaborative relationship, so I'm going to briefly Lee run through this and because a lot of people heard all this before and I can talk forever on this. So ultimately the our okay DHS strategy is to build the culture around the customer over the years. It feels to me 28 days in that over decades and generations of the agency things have just been added sometimes because it seems like it fits in certain areas but not necessarily always focused on the customer. So we're going to as a team take all of us to take a fresh fresh look and put the customer in the middle of the organizational chart and truly see where we serve the best and I think you'll see as we walk forward everything points back to the customer and the customer really is the person in need the vulnerable populations that we serve. And of course the taxpayer is one of those customers as well. We have to be good stewards of our money. So it's a customer-centric culture and we're also building a culture of being an elite employer. I'm a firm believer. I'm in the first 28 days and even before that as I thought about DHS is a private citizen that if you have a passion for serving if you really want to be a part of the community and serve those in need there is nowhere else. You should want to work the DHS. This is the number one place that you should want to work. And that's why I'm here because this is where I want to work. So we're going to build a culture of being an elite employer so that we can serve our customers in a better way again. I'm touching on these things as we visit over the future. I'm going to share lots more actual ways that we're going to make that happen. So thanks for your for your patience. Let me run through this sometimes about area. We are also the next stage. So once we've once we're starting to work on that culture and keep in mind, this is not sequential. It doesn't happen, you know, 1234 it all happens at one time because the goal is really to get to you'll see at the bottom is an Innovative culture. We're trying to build an environment that truly appreciates Innovation. So as the governor of looks forward to being a top 10 state it is in my Onion and maybe I'm biased but it is it is the most important for DHS and our agency to be a top ten agency if we're going to get to a top 10 State. We are the driver of that. So we have to be Innovative in the way that we think and work and that's the culture we're trying to build. So we're finding our true north which really means we're understanding what's most important to our customer and that so ultimately the way I sort of share this in the public is I feel like we measure hundreds of things, you know, if you want to find a number or a statistic or metric you can find a hundred of them for any for any one particular idea. So with finding our true north really means taking a measured and thoughtful approach to whittling down those numbers to the top for each division for the top four or five numbers that we really think Drive value to our Customer because I'm a I've said a number of times it if everything is important. Nothing is important. And so we really need to figure out what is what are the things that we're trying to drive value for our customers. So that's finding our true. I'm going to get into that here in a little bit as well little bit deeper. Once we understand what our what the goals are here what the measures are then we're going to take a fresh look at our systems and processes and make sure that everything points to achieving those goals. Those fine-tuned well-thought- out mindful goals, and that's that process and then throughout this entire opportunity. We are building collaborative relationships extremely important to work with not and when I say collaborate collaborative relationships, I meaning all of you all together with me different divisions internal relationships, but external relationships as well. We have some sister agencies that are passionate also about serving our people and our customers and we need to work together to serve those customers. We don't need to duplicate the roles that we play we work together and make sure our customers served in the right way, but that also means collaborative relationships with outside stakeholders as well and we'll talk some about that here in a little bit but it is the Your it is the governor's office that we've received incredible support from it is nonprofits Community foundations. Everybody in the outside world Foster families. Everybody who has ideas on best ways to serve we need to build a structure that really appreciates their feedback and their thoughts and absorbs it in the right way and and to the extent we can implement the programs that they serve our customers in the best way all of those things to me build an environment of true innovation. Hurry up. So I wanted to take a few minutes here and just look back over the last 28 days give a few minutes of my Impressions and then we'll move forward and talk about the future. So the first 28 days have really been meeting people understanding the agency really sort of trying to attempt to harness the passion that occurs within the agency. I have to say this all the time. First of all, I want to say thank you to all of you the the welcome has been overwhelming so warm and really shows the heart. I think of the people in this room and on the on the live stream is you'll have just opened your arms and brought me in and I honestly appreciate that. So thank you. But so I've been out meeting people people with extreme passion for those that we serve. I'm a believer that the people with the passion really want. Serve the people that are that are in need and it seems to me that over time. The agency has sort of been built in a way that hasn't been been the facilitator to allow those people who want to serve to get with the people who need service. So we're going to tear down the walls of the agency over the years and make sure that you all are serving in the way that you that you need to and want to so I've been walking around if my clicker would work here. There we go all over the place meeting people. You've probably seen it. I believe it or not. I really hate social media. I totally hate. I mean, I know you all have probably been following the Twitter feeds and stuff. I hate it. I mean like that picture on the bottom. I hate the way that I look all that stuff just like all of you. I'm sure I hate it but it's really important. It's really important because an agency of this size people need to know that we're out were really trying to get to meet everybody take a long time for me to get to all of the offices. In fact, I appreciate it. Reached out today and that yeah, I blanked on her name in Altus. She reached out to me through it wasn't teams it was link and she said hey, we'd like to see you. And so now we're putting on the calendar so excited about getting out and meeting people this can take a while. So that's why this social media thing is working. Trust me. I hear so much everybody else. All right. I'm still out meeting people and enjoying you have for it. Okay, there we go. Maybe that's our state. It really puts the first 30 days. Like I said just introducing myself building relationships understanding the agency itself the resources that we have available to us. We have as you all know offices all over the state. Jimmy Ledoux is as you most if not, all of you know, Jamie come on. She is coming in as the chief Innovation officer. So this is a brand new platform that we are starting here at DHS and honestly, the name itself indicates is it's sort of a revolutionary Concept in state government. So we are we are really like I mentioned early on we're trying to build this culture of innovation. And in order to do that. We have to actually be intentional about it. And so we are we are building and I'm going to show an org chart here a little bit but we are building a true from scratch Innovation platform that allows us and Jamie's a perfect fit for this but allows us to look out to what's happened in other states and what's happening across the country and what maybe hasn't even happened yet, but just an idea and see what we can bring back to our age. See to the state of Oklahoma so that we can be top 10 So Jamie over the last year or more has been with Casey Family Programs. I refer to it as a think tank. I don't know if that's the right term but a think tank for really the trends and the in the future of child welfare. It's a she's been the convener of all of these states really coordinating a lot of these efforts and so her experience of the last year will absolutely be the Catalyst to drive us forward for in our Innovation platform. So again, we'll get into that a little bit later. But Jamie is back. Thank you so much for for being back Jimmy. We appreciate you. Okay again, we're celery I may have to walk over here. There we go. 7150 5 and 3 here. Yes. So yes, we're in order. So next if the button will work. Dr. Myron Pope. Dr. Bob is the last of the four Chiefs chief of strategic engagement. He comes from UCO and higher education. If you have paid any attention recently the parties that they had for him. We're both beautiful and sort of sad. I think there was there was crying and but for us, it's Elation not yeah well from you but also from all the people that you work with I mean for us it's just a latian the opportunity to have. Dr. Pope here is is incredible. So he will be chief of strategic engagement or in fact, I like the cat out of the bag. So cheap 30 1766 people. Lots of them were crying it somewhere mad and but all of these over here where we were happy and in love with it, He's here. So Myron is chief of strategic engagement. If you think about it, if all of you out in the field, if you turn around you look out of the window if you are office and it's going to turn out rounded look at the window. Those are the people that Myron will engage with he is a the chief street. I was sort of look at his relationship officer. So really building strong bonds with our legislative partners with our tribal partners with foundations and nonprofits sort of the relationship platforms. We have an innovation platform with Jamie and a relationship platform with Myron. So these are these are things we have to have in order to be successful going forward. Okay, next we have Jennifer King. And so please come up and I did not share. What's I'm sorry, because I enjoy working on me in lots of different ways. Okay director of children's services, so Jennifer comes most recently from the Health Care Authority. She has deep experience in mental health behavioral health and really will help us to build what we're going to talk about. I don't think I've alluded to it yet, but I full mental health platform for our customers and for our team members, we really feel like there's this is my impression that there's a fair amount of trauma in our in our in our employees and our staff and in the agency and of course with the people that we serve so the opportunity to serve those people in a deeper way is one that we're going to work through very closely. So thank you for Jennifer's for joining us from the Health Care Authority. So director of children's services is will be a part of the CEO of platform trailers platform. So really another resource to serve all of those divisions that are affecting children. Okay, next here we go, Christy Blackburn. So as director of Adult Services Christy will share the same sort of strategy that Jennifer shares with the children side. So in the CLL platform, you all are a lot of you know Christi from prior years at DHS in the in the DD space as well as having lots of experience on in AFS in a PS and an aging sort of everywhere around the agency. And so the depth of experience that we are bringing back with Christie is one that we're really excited to add to the team. So thank you for joining us as well for coming back. I didn't I didn't do social media reaches on them. I just you would have been ahead of me, but I don't know, baby. Okay. Well I jumped ahead. Okay, there we go. Now went behind Okay. So there was a reason we didn't do this in the Sequoia building and it was the clicker. So anyways, um Oh, yeah, I'm sorry you all are free to sit. Excuse me. Okay, so here is the this is okay. I want to make sure this is very clear. This is the executive organizational chart sort of the chief level. I'm going to just layer on some functions below. This is not mean that this is an org chart organizational chart below this. So all of that is really being flushed out with your help. This is just the executive team that's being put in per has been put in place. In fact, I just realized only two of the people on the executive team have actually started. So this is what we do here is we all work like months ahead of time and before we even part of the agency. So anyway, so here's the sort of the main organizational chart from executive perspective and then here are bright shiny pictures with Myron's relationship face over here lots of likes and loves and sad faces from prior from prior position. So, okay, so I'm going to start to sort of clicking through this. I don't know if it's going to go in the right direction But ultimately Chief of Staff if you think about how the chief of staff position it is Thing associated with the actual organization so human resources and finance and legal and all of those things Samantha is Chief of Staff. Of course, it's a will be will be directing and supporting those functions within the agency. I will also share where Jennifer and Christy fit in so there we go Jennifer as director of children's services will be at that level. I seek some cameras. You're welcome to take a picture. We will send it out at some point in the not-too-distant future. So director of Children's Services, of course childcare licensing child support services to the extent you can't read it and I don't know how legible it is online, but child welfare from Foster's altogether and Children Services. Then Adult Services with Christy and here we go. There we go, Adult and Family Services APS aging Office of Public Guardian developmental Disability Services DD Council and client advocacy. So that's really that piece of the platform and then we have a new Behavioral Health platform as well that will really help to address a lot of the needs there and so bread is here. I saw him earlier. So thank you for your service as well Brett Chief Innovation officer. This is limited on this slide for a purpose I could jump into Jamie and I could I could say here's the platform. This is my idea. But that's not what we're doing. We are in order to be Innovative. You have to almost start from scratch. It isn't from scratch, but we have to really take a step back and be intentional in the way that we're going to Define this. I see lots of interdisciplinary Innovation teams just for my thoughts. So that doesn't mean it's how it's going to be because Jamie's the driver here, but a lot of Interdisciplinary team. So that's AFS working with child welfare, because we serve a lot of the same people. It's dmh coming in and sitting at the table. It's a really being the convener of all of the state agencies through Myron's help, of course because he has all this smiley faces and but the really being the table The Innovation platform is the table as well as having an implementation team because I realized that it's all great to come up with these wonderful ideas, but you've got to do them. You can't just stand here and talk on a slide show and make jokes. You actually have to go in the field and figure out how we Implement these ideas for the benefit of our customers. So I see an implementation platform as a part of the Innovation team as well so that it's so this is intentionally limited. Of course, here's Myron's long list of people to work with and you know as much as I joke about is social media presence, which is fantastic. It's you know, sort of what I do. I've just sit there watch TV with my family and follow you on social media. It's because he already has a lot of these relationships, you know, so I have some of these we all sort of have some of these but we need a central person in a central platform to coordinate everything together. And so I'm going to cut start calling them Senator or Governor or whatever. I'm going to call it but he's the man for that for that job. So that's the platform from an executive level perspective. So again, this is not an org chart below. This is just functions and ideas. And so we're going to work all together as a team to figure all this out all at once. Okay. So what to expect the next I'm going to go into the next 90 days and then I'm going to go into next 12 months. This will certainly you know, go I'm sure slower sometimes and I think it should or will and some things may accelerate. So give me some Grace and some of the time periods but the next 90 days you should see a I'm full of things one and we are actively working out. This now is the true north process. I mentioned earlier that we measure everything and when everything's important nothing is important. So we are in the middle right now of working with the divisions to understand the dozens and dozens of things that we measure and so the division leaders directors will be coming to trailer specifically with their list of all of the things that we measure and then we are going to work as a team to fine-tune that 245 things. In fact, we have a meeting on August the 29th. I believe I was have to look at Eric because my calendar there he is 29. Thank you, sir. August the 29th, which is the meeting where we will sit down as a team and work through all of those numbers. So I hope by the end of next month. We have our true north we can have another meeting because everybody needs to know what everybody's goals are. In fact this I was planning on sharing this but my family we do goal. As a family so my wife and I have goals together. We have goals for our family of four and then each of our kids have goals and the beauty of that is that all of those are laminated by the kids beds in our bed. We pray over them every night and it's what's amazing about it is my 11 year old daughter knows that there are three people fighting for her goals instead of her just fighting for her own. And so that's what we need to be as an agency is each fighting for each other's goals. So admits sure that that's the idea of the true north process and making sure we're all on the same page there. There's two okay implementation in early execution of the Innovation platform. So we're going to hit the ground running here Innovation is where we're trying to get and so we are not going to wait to get there. I expect that we will start to see teams forming very shortly with the goal of solving problems and taking advantage of real opportunities looking nationally. That's one of the things I mentioned when Jamie was up here is her presence nationally is very well respected just as respected as it is in this room. So one of her jobs, in fact, I think if she's doing one of the illustrations are evidences of her doing a great job as if she's not here much. She needs to be nationally talking to the state of Oregon or to the feds and figuring out what the right platform is for us. So I expect that to start soon further action towards culture change is a big one. So again, I just mentioned we can stand up here with a presentation until a bunch of But we have to actually deliver on it. And that means that we need to we have some ideas here. And in fact, we're starting next Tuesday on the first one and actually if you were in the first meeting that we had on the first day, we had Jeremy Kubacheck with giant worldwide here talking about the five voices and that's what we're going to start to implement next Tuesday. So none of this is I don't think public but it is now so we are we're starting just with the core executive team next week, but then I think it's like the next week or the next week that AFS is starting with their leadership team so that we can start to build that culture quickly throughout the agency. It's a challenge, of course to get to 6,000 people and build this culture soon. And that's we're building a sort of a highway with which to do that. So we're working on the traction platform. The governor's office uses attraction platform. I've used it in the past and it is extremely effective. And so we're going to work on that together to do a lot of things a lot of goal- setting candidly as well and then family IDI. What about that or alluded to that a little bit when I talked about the girls in my family has that's where it came from was a family ID platforms were thinking about that in the not-too-distant future some of this. I can't promise next 90 days. I mean candidly that I would do it all today, but I recognize it's challenge to get out there and make sure we're doing the best job in making sure it sticks and it works with everybody. So the team is a good governor for me to slow down and say hey, let's wait Samantha is a great Governor slow down. Let's take six months in six months. We'll do this. So I'm going to try to press it. Okay. And then of course continued relationship building critical you're going to unfortunately have to see us on Facebook and Twitter and all that again and probably another couple of live streams here and there but it's important because the relationships that we build will bear fruit in with our customers in the future. So that's the next 90 days and then lots of celebrations if you know me at all you recognize my love for free cake. So anytime and please if you're in a county office anytime there's free cake, please let me know. I will I will do my very best to come sometimes I'll bring it. Just let me know where the party is and I'll bring the free cake, but we're going to celebrate, you know, the agency over the years of course has been in the news and in the public for you know, the issues that happen because there we deal with human beings but we are going to make sure that through our relationships. We really share the incredible things that you all do in this room and everybody does in the county. Is and in their community, so the celebrations will be over the top and we will be celebrating you all. So that's the next 90 days. Okay, what to expect the next 12. I'm sorry. I would jump the gun coworkers. We have incredible support within I jumped the gun. I'm sorry Governor. He really wanted to be here and he bet he has a this important Governor's thing and you know that had to travel to and we know how that works. But I did want to say we have just unbelievable support from the governor's office and every legislator. I've met they're all on our side and they have passion for who we serve and in fact, we have some Representatives Donnell is here harder. Where are you there? She's in the back. Secretary Buck also is here from the cabinet true supporters for what we do and great Partners moving forward. So I meant to lead into that before I hit play. Sorry. It's the clicker. But anyway, so I'd like to share this from the governor. Good morning is what he said. Governor Kevin Stitt: Good morning, my DHS coworkers. You know, I just wanted to take a moment to thank the thousands of you that work every day across our state to make the Department of Human Services a fantastic Department. You know, your team is such a vital part of demonstrating the heart of Oklahoma and each day. I know you selflessly work to improve the lives of all Oklahoma, so I can't wait. I can't thank you enough for doing that, you know earlier this summer. I appointed a new director Justin Brown and I know he has the heart to lead your agency. He has the heart for the underprivileged in our state and the children in our state and he is going to do a fantastic job. He has the business Acumen the organizational skills the leadership skills to move our great agency forward. So he's going to be fantastic leader. Thank you so much Justin for your leadership, you know my vision for Oklahoma's very clear and simple and it's to make, Oklahoma. Often State my purpose is to work with you to deliver a turnaround that ensures a better future for all four million Oklahomans, and especially the most vulnerable. So I wanted to take a moment to recognize those who have worked hard for DHS for many years. Thank you so much for your hard effort and your heart to move our state forward. So your knowledge is invaluable and helping Justin and the new team and helping me move our state forward. So as we move forward together as one team into the next era of service in our state I encourage you to dream big think outside the box. How can we do our jobs better? You know, and I want to make sure you know for things that we will take care of Oklahoma's families. We're going to promote the work we're going to promote income stability to increase self-sufficiency. So parents can care for their children and their families and be united in loving homes. Secondly, we're going to innovate and we're going to seek out solutions this support children to live safe and healthy lives by focusing on the needs of all Oklahoma children today. We know we can shape and protect an entire generation so they can be engaged, healthy contributors to society as adults and thirdly, you know for our low income seniors, we're going to work towards solutions that ensure that these individuals can remain safely in their homes as long as their health allows and forth, you know, we will love and care for Oklahomans with developmental disabilities integrating them into our world and supporting employment opportunities and independent living in their communities your work will help us build a top 10 state that will last for generations to come. So thank you again for all of your dedication for being such a wonderful state agencies. Yeah, I just want to remind you to dream big and make DHS the very best DHS in the entire country because I know you can do it. Thank you so much. OKDHS Director Justin Brown: Well, like I said, we have support from all over the place. I met was Senator Lankford's team yesterday and they're all in we've got we've got a great opportunity to dream big as the governor said and I'm excited about working with you all to do that. So now I'm going into the next 12 months. This is where we sort of started dream big a little bit. I'm only have a few minutes left. So don't feel like you have to like settle in and engage here. But anyways, thanks 12 months green big. We're going to have you'll see a handful of physical building changes to promote some of the culture that we're working on. So not just in the Sequoia building. It's important to point out. We are also going to make reinvestments into our buildings in the county offices not just to make it a warm and inviting place for our customers to come certainly that is a goal but also to make sure that we're building this innovative. Environment across the entire DHS platform. So the Innovation doesn't start and begin in the Sequoia building it starts and begins everywhere within the within the platform and then further truly to build a collaborative culture within the agency. I mentioned it before working with one another but also working with sister agencies and Community Based nonprofits to help to solve problems. And so we're going to build County offices in such a way that we welcome people in to be a part of that service platform. Whoa. Hey. Hey. Hey trailer. How are you, buddy? Alright next 12 months. Okay. Okay, we're going to get to the governor again. Okay. You just to review if you didn't catch this before back to school. So the first day of school you okay? There we go the next so we're going to really focus on Mental Health the mental health needs of our customers and our team members. I mentioned that a little bit earlier. We've already had a handful of meetings and conversations around how to effectively do that. I think that we can serve our customers better if we are better served ourselves. So we're looking forward to supporting you and the team in that respect and then working to rebuild the workforce everywhere. I've gone over the last 28 days almost without exception the comment was made to me that hey we need help like there's there are a lot of not necessarily people things falling through the cracks because people are working so much harder than they did before which is great productivity is wonderful, but they need help in the field serving in a better way and being more responsive and and that's as just a result of budget. Issues we've had over the years and so we are going to work over the next sooner than 12 months, of course, but over the next 12 months to really rebuild the workforce with an eye towards customer service with a priority to those who are customer-facing if you are serving directly to our customer, that's the first opportunity but we will also be working to rebuild the workforce in support roles as well. So I wanted to make sure to point that out here. So I alluded to this a little bit up front but building the agency as a facilitator of local services to the community. I think this is a real opportunity that we have. We have I've mentioned it a hundred times but great Partnerships with people who are really interested in jumping in and helping us solve problems and creating new opportunities. We have other agencies OJA with secretary Buck he and I've had deep conversations. DMH Health Care Authority all of those agencies are ready and willing to jump in so Our office is to me need to be the convener. We need to be the host and a welcoming host to say if you can serve our customers by our side then we're going to work together to do that. And so we're that's one of the things you can expect over the next 12 months with some pilot programs here and they're really understanding how that works. One thing not just in this building but with the county offices in right now, I would love to make a challenge that you all take a step back spend some time and think about the services that your community needs and who's who provides those Services now, of course, we as an agency who that a law, but I promise you there are lots of third parties that serve our customers in each and every one of the communities that we serve in and so who are those people what are the services so that as we're building this platform out we can make sure we're inviting the right people to make sure that the people that we that we love on are taking care of and we wrap around them with our partners. We just signed an agreement through great work from the internal team. Jesse is here somewhere. I saw him earlier Regina and Sean all three of them presented yesterday for our new Innovative concept on how to fund fleet vehicles. So in the field over the next 12, certainly sooner than that, I've seen the deployment timeline. We have a plan for 750 new fleet vehicles to make sure to thank you. Yes good work to the team. That wasn't me. I just said that's a great idea and but really they came up with a fantastic solution David the finance team worked really hard on that. So thank you for everybody for working on that. But we need to make sure that as we serve our customers were doing it as safely as possible. These are state-of-the-art Vehicles brand-new 2020s with all of the safety features that you that you can get these days with the lane departure and all of those things. So we're excited about Serving our customers not only in the best way you can but in the safest way we can. And I'm ending on that. I think I think that's my last one. But ultimately the goal here is a state employees deserve the exact same things. If not better that the private sector employees deserve it. Yes. Thank you. Amen. Yes. So I mean that is something that that really resonated with me early on was this is a real chance for us with the help of the governor and the help of the legislature to really make being a state employee as rewarding as as it should be because we have more passion than anybody else. So I just wanted to sort of share that at the end. Sometimes I sort of feel like the guy running for class president when I'm up here promising everything, but I do want to make sure we all know that we're building a platform to actually deliver here. So we're excited to do that with your help. So I'm going to end. Maybe with a photo it may work there. It is Friday and shorts. So another short picture. I just want to end by again saying thank you for being here for the extremely warm. Welcome over 28 days for letting me walk by and interrupt in the field these County officer. They're working. They're working their hardest and I walk in and just, you know, I get loud and I look for cake and so I just want to say thanks for that and for the opportunity to serve alongside, so thank you for being here. Have a great day. All right. Let's do some music Earth Wind & Fire.
