Oracle – Viewing Analytics and Reports Hello, my name is Barbara. In this tutorial, I'll show you how to view analysis, dashboards, and reports. I can find analysis on some of the pages I usually work with. An analysis queries against my company's data, and gives me answers to my business questions. [No Audio: User selects the My Team icon, then the Team Talent icon, then the Analysis button.] There's one analysis on this specific page. Other pages might have many analysis, or have analysis on a different part of the page. [No Audio: User selects Performance from the top menu, then the Analysis button. The Shared Reports and Analytics link is highlighted.] Some work areas have this panel tab, where I can open the shared folder, and find links to analytics and reports, that are specific to the work area. If I want to get to all the analytics and reports that I have access to, then I can use the reports and analytics work area. [No Audio: User selects the Navigator button, then the More… link, then the Reports and Analytics link under Tools.] I often use the search to find what I want to see. [No Audio: User types “workforce” into the search bar and clicks the arrow. After a list appears, the user selects the Workforce Mobility link] Here, we not only see the analysis, but can also get the data in other formats. [No Audio: User selects Export and a drop down menu appears listing different formats] Instead of using the search, I can also look in the folders. [No Audio: User navigates to the Contents section and toggles the Shared Folders arrow to reveal a list of nested folders, then toggles the arrow next to Human Capital management revealing another list of nested folders. The user then toggles the arrow next to Workforce Management to reveal another set of nested folders and selects Transactional Analysis Samples, then Job Details.] Here I'm opening a dashboard. A dashboard contains analysis and possibly other content, which are presented on one or more pages. I can use the dashboard filter to narrow down the information. [No Audio: User opens a drop down menu for Job Function Name, makes a selection and clicks Apply.] Finally, lets look at a report. A report shows me data in a predefined format that's optimized for printing. For any analysis, dashboard or report, I get options for what I can do with it. In this case, I can edit the report, view details about when it was submitted in the past, or select from even more options. For now, let's view the report, so we can print it. To print this report, I'll select the PDF for best results, and that's it for viewing analytics and reports. Thank you.
