Oracle – Viewing my Payslip Hello, my name is Cindy. In this tutorial, I'll show you how employees can view their payslips and their bank details. I am logged in as an employee, Linda Swift. [No Audio: User select the Personal Information icon, then the Pay tab] To find the payroll information, we need to click on the third tab. Here I can see my payslips and the payment methods. To see the full payslip, I just click on the line item. Here's my January 31st payslip. In the first section, I can see my personal and job information. The next section shows payroll period information. Here I have my summary of the gross to net. Then a breakdown of earnings, pre-tax deductions, taxes and other deductions. This payslip is in a PDF format, so I can print it or save it to my computer. My payslips are stored in the application, so I can retrieve them at any time. I'm currently getting a paycheck as you can see here. I am tired of having to go to the banks. I want to set up direct deposit. I will just click the add button here. [No Audio: in the Pay section, user clicks the Add button next to Payment Methods] To set up direct deposit, I will select a payment method of NACHA. The name here can be whatever I want to call this account. The first account I enter should be the account I want a hundred percent of my check to go to or the account I want my remaining check to go to. I also want to add a savings account for down payment on a new house. I want to start saving 20 percent of my paycheck for the new house. I am now on manage payment methods. This is where I would go if I want to change the order of distributions or the amount of a payment methods. To change the processing order, I just need to click the up and down arrows. Note, the account marked as remaining pay will always be the last shown. I can also change from percentage to amount and change the amounts here. If I want to delete an account, I would just click on the x by the account. Now when I go back to the payroll information, I can see my payslips as well as the payment methods I set up.
