Dr. Cline - No Wrong Door Terry: I have within my own family, my mother struggled with Alzheimer's for about seven years. My father did a remarkable job of navigating that system, but it was incredibly difficult. Here's an individual who is an Executive Director, who worked actually at a community agency for many, many years, but he hadn't dealt with these particular service providers and it was a challenge for him. Again, he did a fantastic job. I'm really proud of what he was able to do. We were able to provide excellent services for my mom in our home and that's where she wanted to be and we were able to do that. If we had not been able to connect around those services, it would have been impossible. I'm grateful to the home health providers and I'm grateful to the hospice providers. I'm grateful to the food supplemental program that actually did the Meals On Wheels and brought food to the house. That all made it possible, but imagine how much simpler and how much better life would have been if my dad would have been able to pick up the phone at the beginning of that process, make that one call, instead of spending literally months trying to figure out the system and getting their needs met. This is an exciting opportunity for Oklahoma. I know the Department of Human Services, in particular, has worked very hard to pull this together. I think that it will make the world a better place. It will make Oklahoma a better place. It certainly will make the lives of many people in our State much, much better. I'm grateful for all the efforts that have gone into providing this No Wrong Door approach in the State of Oklahoma.
